The code C182000 refers to a RWMA (Resistance Welding Manufacturers Association) resistance welding alloy of mostly Copper and 0.06-1.2% Chromium which is primarily used for resistance spot and seam welding. This alloy achieves good hardness and electrical conductivity through a combination of heat treatment and cold work. Widely used for electrodes, holders, adaptors and many other applications.
